After placing your order, it will take us 1-2 business days to process it. During this time, we verify payment information, pick and pack your items, and prepare them for shipment.
Shipping Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped within 2-7 business days. Our business days are Monday through Sunday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Address
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may delay your delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address, including the zip code and telephone number, is accurate. Raamus is not responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping fees due to incorrect addresses.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will make every effort to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will replace the items at no extra cost. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to process a replacement or refund.
Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, such as a natural disaster or other unforeseen events, Raamus may temporarily suspend operations and shipping. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the status of your order.
